We try hard to consistently deliver great customer service. That doesn’t mean we’re perfect, but if we get it wrong, then we’ll do everything to put it right.
Each and every one of us are bikers, and we love our bikes just like you love yours. We treat every bike that comes through the workshop as if it were our own.
We’ve got four technicians in the workshop available to work on your Triumph, two focused exclusively on Triumph – and Triumph factory trained technicians in the business – as many as any other dealer in the UK. We have full factory diagnostic equipment – naturally – and use all of the latest Trumph Approved tools to work on your bike. All of our technicians are ready to give exceptional service.
We won’t change any parts without your authority, try hard to give accurate and timely updates when your bike is in the workshop and if you want any parts back, then please let us know and we’d be happy to oblige (other than oil filters, which frankly, are too messy to return).

What about fees and commission? We don’t charge you a fee for an introduction to a lender, however the lender typically may pay us commission for a successful introduction. The lenders we work with could pay commission at different rates. However, the amount of commission that we receive from a lender does not have an effect on the amount that you pay to that lender under your credit agreement.” All of our finance is offered at the same rate to each customer, we don’t vary the rate. How am I scored? Different lenders have different methods of scoring you for your suitability of your finance application. We are not privy to the score, nor how they arrive at it.
