HOW DOES TRIUMPH TRACK+ WORK?

Triumph Track+, powered by Datatool, is a dealer-installed, Thatcham-approved motorcycle tracking system. It combines highly accurate satellite positioning, rider recognition, movement alerts and 24/7 professional monitoring. Through the dedicated app, you can check your motorcycle’s location and access its journey history.

DEALER INSTALLATION

Your authorised Triumph dealer installs the Track+ system using the appropriate motorcycle-specific fitting kit. The system is then registered and activated with Datatool.

APP CONNECTION

Download the app and connect it to your Triumph to access location information, journey history and security settings.

CONTINUOUS MONITORING

Track+ monitors the motorcycle’s location and uses rider recognition to identify potentially unauthorised movement.

THEFT RESPONSE

If suspicious activity is confirmed as theft, Datatool’s Secure Operating Centre can work with the police to help locate and recover the motorcycle.

An active subscription is required to access the connected tracking and monitoring features of Triumph Track+.

HOW DOES TRIUMPH PROTECT+ WORK?

Triumph Protect+, powered by Datatool, is a dealer-installed, Thatcham-approved motorcycle alarm.

Independent tilt and shock sensors continuously monitor your Triumph. If the motorcycle is lifted, moved, struck or tampered with, Protect+ responds with a powerful 118 dB siren.

ARM

After switching off the ignition, activate Protect+ using the dedicated remote key fob

MONITOR

The alarm continuously monitors the motorcycle for movement, impact and attempts to interfere with its security or power supply.

DETER

If suspicious activity is detected, Protect+ activates its 118 dB siren.

RE-ARM

After the alarm cycle ends, the system automatically re-arms and continues monitoring the motorcycle.

All Triumph motorcycles are compatible with Track+ and Protect+, but the two systems cannot be installed together. No security product can prevent every theft, so always park carefully and follow the instructions supplied with each device.
