Service and MOT
We know how much you love your bike – call 0191 272 3335, option 2
We try hard to consistently deliver great customer service. That doesn’t mean we’re perfect, but if we get it wrong, then we’ll do everything to put it right.
Each and every one of us are bikers, and we love our bikes just like you love yours. We treat every bike that comes through the workshop as if it were our own.
We’ve got four technicians in the workshop available to work on your Honda, two focused exclusively on Honda – and three Honda Master technicians in the business – as many as any other dealer in the UK. We have full factory diagnostic equipment – naturally – and use all of the latest Honda Approved tools to work on your bike. All of our technicians are ready to give exceptional service.
We won’t change any parts without your authority, try hard to give accurate and timely updates when your bike is in the workshop and if you want any parts back, then please let us know and we’d be happy to oblige (other than oil filters, which frankly, are too messy to return).
We are certified by VOSA to run MOT testing facilities, and are competitive on tyres and all genuine Honda parts and accessories. Give us a call now 0191 272 3335, option 2 and we’ll offer the best service and advice we can.
